IT’S ALL IN THE GENES – TEMPLE SOLEL GENEALOGY CLASS

Join us for four classes of a multi-generational research project that will help individuals and families construct family trees, learn how to be a genealogy detective, and search sites of interest (bring to class a wireless iPad, laptop or flash drive). Cost is $36 per family or individual for four classes (minimum age to participate is bar/bat mitzvah age). Cost includes photocopies and refreshments. It is recommended that you purchase “The Routledge Atlas of Jewish History,” 7th edition by Martin Gilbert. Class times are 6:30–8:00 pm on Tuesdays, November 15, December 6, January 24 and February 28. RSVP with payment by November 1 to Adina at azarchan@templesolel.org. This class will be taught by Sarae Steremberg, a retired art teacher who holds both a B.A. and M.S. in Art Education. She taught Kindergarten through Master’s level Art over a 38 year timespan. Sarae has been interested in genealogy for over 20 years.
