Committee on Trustee Development
This committee is responsible for developing leadership which includes filling board and committee chair positions, spearheading efforts toward continuing education and training of board members. The Membership Committee is responsible for membership recruitment, integration, retention, and outreach. The Solel Preschool PAC group supports the preschool in all of its endeavors from fundraising to programming to appreciating our teachers. The Personnel Committee manages the evaluation of clergy and professional staff, handles clergy and senior staff contracts, and assists, as needed, in matters concerning personnel management. According to the Temple Bylaws, only members of the Board of Trustees can serve on this committee.
